Richard D. Madill, CLU, CFP

Mr. Madill is co-founder, Vice-President/Secretary, and a director of the Firm.  Mr. Madill received a B.S. degree in History from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1969 with a minor in Economics.  He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Life Underwriters at Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 1975.  He received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the College For Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado in 1985.

Nathan A. Madill, APA

Mr. Madill recieved a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1997.  He received his Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) in 2001.  Currently Mr. Madill is one of only a handful of individuals in the state of Minnesota to hold an APA designation.

Kelly M. LeDoux, Benefit Plan Consultant

Ms. LeDoux graduated from Worthington Senior High School in 1980 and entered the finance/banking industry in 1984, while continuing her education through the American Institute of Banking.  In addition to Kelly's extensive 24 years in finance/banking she is responsive to employer inquiries regarding retirement plan adminsitration, plan documents and compliance issues and will provide outstanding support to operate, monitor and refine your employee benefit plan to achive its desired objectives.

Anna Marie Emerson, Flex Plan Consultant

Ms. Emerson graduated from Elk River Area High School and is currently in her fourth year of college at Lake Superior College.  Ms. Emerson has been with Jablonski-Madill, Inc. since May of 2007.  Her current role within our firm is a Flex Plan Consultant/Administrative Assistant.  Anna's primary duties incude the daily administration of the Flex Plans as well as general servicing of our Flex Plan  and Retirement Plan accounts.
